We like to keep things simple but effective at Bright HQ, and for that reason our hiring price contains the following AV inclusions:
- 50″ Plasma Screen
- Laptop access point/cables for presentations and audio (VGA & HDMI)
- Mac Adaptors
- Presentation clicker
- iPod dock system
- Extention cord
Please note: If your laptop is a PC and does not have a VGA or HDMI connection then you will need to bring your own adaptors.
- $45 per day (or part thereof)
- Project onto our whiteboard wall and write additional notes directly onto the slides as you go (ideal for training and workshops)
- Room setup with the projector is for a maximum of 16 people in either classroom or pod style, or 30 people in theatre style.
- Note: We do not allow external projectors to be brought in due to set up constraints
- $30 per day (or part thereof)
- The laptop is a MacBook Air running OS X El Capitan
