Bright HQ is a unique space, perfectly suited to facilitate small socially distanced meetings.

Located in the Woolstore building in Inner City Teneriffe, this space has a perfect mix of contemporary design with heritage features. Better yet, Bright HQ is just a stone’s throw away from the Brisbane River, public transport and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants.

Our main event space at Bright HQ is fondly known as The Gallery 

Featuring amazing art hanging all all areas of this space, this room offers 60sqm of exclusive space for you and your attendees to use. The flexible open space has a capacity of up to 20 people around tables. 
This space is fitted with audio-visual equipment for your meeting/event needs.

Boardroom (20 pax)
  • Ideal for collaborative working
  • Maximum space and comfort
  • Tables can be split for smaller groups
  • Please note: If you want to face the whiteboard for groups larger than 10 you will need to split into 2 smaller boardroom tables.
Pods (18 pax)
  • Small events and workshops that focus on group activities and collaboration
  • Set up for groups of 4-8 people
  • No. of pods and their positioning will vary depending on group size
U-Shape (16 pax)
  • Ideal if the instructor is required to move around + help attendees

Delicious food plays a huge part in keeping your attendees alert and ready to tackle the day you have planned for them!  At Bright HQ we like to keep things simple and offer two different catering options when you book with us.
Full Day Package
Book the full day package and we will sort everything out for you!

The full day package cost $40 per person (minimum of 10 attendees) and is inclusive of:

- Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea
- Coffee, tea, orange juice, water 
- Selection of whole fruit

All lunch boxes come individually packed to ensure that they are covid-safe.

Note: Catering is an additional cost to the room hire 
Self Catering
We get it. Sometimes you just want to organise your own catering to suit your attendees (and budget). 

No problem. At Bright HQ you are welcome to bring in your own snacks, meals, nibbles and/or drinks ... just as long as you stick to a few basic rules:

-  You will need to bring your own crockery/cutlery and bits and pieces to serve the food
You will need to tidy up your own catering mess
Due to our cream carpets, we ask that you avoid red wine!
