The Living Room
The Living Room is your 60sqm of exclusive event space.

The flexible open room, allows up to 30 people in theatre style, 20 people in boardroom or 16 people in classroom, pod or U-shape.

The Living Room is fitted with audio-visual equipment for your meeting/event needs.
The Coffee Room
Our Coffee Room is a shared breakout space for you to use whilst at Bright HQ.

A healthy 35sqm offers you the perfect place to indulge in a well-deserved coffee break, lunch or simply to take a timeout between sessions.

Boardroom - 20 max.
>> Allows for collaborative working

>> Tables can be split for smaller groups

If you want to face the whiteboard for groups larger than 10 you will need to split into 2 smaller boardroom tables.
Pods - 20 max.
>> Ideal for small events and workshops that focus on group activities and collaboration
>> Set up for groups of 4-8 people
>> No. of pods and their positioning will vary depending on group size
Theatre - 30 max.
>> No tables
>> Face the TV or the whiteboard wall
U-Shape - 16 max.
>> Ideal if the instructor is required to move around + help attendees

Classroom - 16 max.
>> Ideal for presentations or lectures

Catering.
Delicious food plays a huge part in keeping your attendees alert and ready to tackle the day you have planned for them!  At Bright HQ we like to keep things simple and offer two different catering options when you book with us.
Full Day Package
Book the full day package and we will sort everything out for you!

The full day package cost $30 per person (minimum of 10 attendees) and is inclusive of:

>> Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea
>> Coffee, tea, orange juice, water 
>> Selection of whole fruit

Note: Room hire is in addition to the above costs.
Self Catering
We get it. Sometimes you just want to organise your own catering to suit your attendees (and budget). 

No problem. At Bright HQ you are welcome to bring in your own snacks, meals, nibbles and/or drinks ... just as long as you stick to a few basic rules:

>>  You will need to bring your own crockery/cutlery and bits and pieces to serve the food
>> You will need to tidy up your own catering mess
>> Due to our cream carpets, we ask that you avoid red wine!
